Personal Philosophy

I. The old organizational model (command and control from the industrial age) is not one that encourages creativity and innovation.

2. New organizational models, which are knowledge-based, will only emerge from an empowered work force.

3. The only way this will effectively happen is if companies work to stimulate a positive environment.

4. Zolezzi offers employees seven personal development exercises that are designed to help them become more innovative, creative, motivated, productive and happy, and in turn to help the companies they work for achieve higher morale and profitability. (These are discussed at length in The Detachment Paradox.)
